There isn't a nursery rhyme that ends, "pop goes Nokia [1] cell-phone battery." It might be time for one, though, since Nokia is recalling 46 million batteries that might get hot and pop right out of the phone. No one's been injured, and no one's house has burned down, but the threat of leaping batteries is enough to prompt a recall. Check your battery--if it's a Nokia BL-5C manufactured between December 2005 and November 2006, you can get a new one--before the one in your phone leaps out on its own.
